If you like rosemary, you will love this simple cauliflower dish.

1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or oil of choice
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, optional

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment
Place florets in a large mixing bowl
Cover with 2-3 tablespoons oil and toss until well coated
Sprinkle with rosemary and salt, and toss
Spread out evenly on baking sheet
Cook for 25-30 minutes until browned and fork tender
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese if you are using
Serve immediately.
