• 1 large head cauliflower about 2 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, if desired
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
    In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower with the olive oil.
    Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over cauliflower and mix well.

    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or a silicone mat. Place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    Roast for 25-35 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender and browned, stirring once.

    Serve immediately.
