When you are cooking for a crowd, this recipe makes the perfect FAST lunch. And it can be prepped ahead of time.
- 12 Martins potato slider rolls, or Hawaiin rolls
- 8 ounces sliced cheese
- 12 slices good quality ham, or more, if slices are small
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13’’ dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Assemble sandwiches: Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
Layer 1-2 slices of ham and cheese on each roll and cover with roll tops. - Make sauce: In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, mustard, dried minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the tops of the sandwiches.
Allow rolls to rest for 10-15 minutes before baking, or refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, for up to 1-2 days (depending on how fresh your ingredients are).Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
NOTE: You can line your dish with foil before you spray for easier clean up.
