Chimichurri is a sauce that originated in Argentina. It is so delicious, and can be used on everything from meats to salads, to sandwiches. You need to taste as you go, This is a guideline as I don’t use a specific recipe because I use whatever herbs I happen to have an abundance of at the time.

2 cups of fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, and basil. My fav is half cilantro and half basil.
1 fat clove of garlic, chunked
2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup of oil (depending if you are going to use it on salad or meat)

Put all ingredients in a smaller food processor and process until smooth.
