Cheryl’s family loves biscuits, and this recipe for gluten free biscuits is a winner!

2 cups Pillsbury brand GF Flour (Food Lion sells it)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter (very softened or melted, I use melted because it’s quicker)
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix GF flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Add butter and milk to the dry ingredients at the same time and mix well.

Shape into 6 biscuits and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake until they start to turn golden on the top… Usually around 12-15 minutes in my oven.
