I LOVE this “crack” broccoli slaw stir-fry.  With or without meat, it’s an easy meal to prep.  Served by itself, or over quinoa (which I prefer) or rice.  If I want to include meat, I throw in some meatballs from my freezer, or some leftover shrimp.

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 oz bag  broccoli  slaw
  • 1/2 t. ginger powder
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons  liquid seasoning (Bragg’s aminos, coconut aminos, or soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons  apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • Anything else you want to throw in there!

 Optional garnishes

1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons green onions

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Cook for 10 seconds.
  • Add the bag of broccoli slaw and cook for 5-15 minutes, tossing every few minutes, until al dente
  • After the slaw has cooked for 5 minutes, mix the soy seasoning, apple cider vinegar and sweetener. Pour it evenly over the slaw and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
