This candy is super simple and my husband loves it!

Line a small baking tray with waxed paper and set aside

5 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
45 grams walnuts, coarsely broken
55 grams raisins

Place chocolate chips in small, heatproof bowl and microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute
Stir, and microwave for 15 additional seconds
Stir with a spoon until chips are completely melted
Let chocolate sit on counter a few minutes to slightly cool

Stir in walnuts and raisins until completely covered

Using a small cookie scoop, portion out chocolate mixture on waxed paper
Should have about 12 pieces

Place tray in refrigerator at least 2 hours, then store candy in ziploc bag in refrigerator
