My husband loves these crispies as well as the kids.  They disappear fast!

1-1/4 c. crisp rice cereal
3/8 c. raw honey (100 grams)
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter (120 grams)
scant 3/4 c. raisins
1/2  c. shredded, unsweetened coconut (not the large shavings)

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cereal
Add cereal and mix well.

Use small cookie scoop, or shape into 1-1/4 inch balls.
Place on prepared cookie sheet.

Refrigerate 2 hours, or until firm.
Store in air tight container in refrigerator.

NOTE:  Surprisingly, these freeze very well.
Freeze individually on sheet pan, then place in ziploc bag.
