Hard to believe this “ice cream” is dairy free.  It’s delicious!

1 can Thai Kitchen brand unsweetened full fat coconut milk
1/4 c. agave
1 vanilla bean
1  1/2 t. vanilla

Place 6 ramekins in freezer ahead of time
Whisk ingredients in large bowl, and process in ice cream machine until frozen
Using an ice cream scoop, place one scoop in each frozen ramekin
Place ramekins on small tray and freeze
Once fully frozen, cover each ramekin with plastic wrap

Let ice cream sit on counter for 20 minutes before serving to soften
Ready to add toppings, or eat plain.
