So many recipes for hummus.  This one is perfect for me.  Not too strong.

TIP:  For mixing separated tahini:  scrape it all in a bowl and mix with hand mixer for 2 minutes.

1 can rinsed chickpeas, reserving liquid from can
1/2 c. tahini (114 g.)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 t. cumin
3/4 t. salt
2 – 1/2 T. lemon juice
2-3 T. chickpea liquid
1 clove garlic

1 t. tumeric if you want to add healthy:)

Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.  Add chickpea liquid to desired consistency.
