Greek chicken is easy and delicious, especially when served with yogurt sauce.

4-5  skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 6 oz each
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 t. dried dill
1 t. oregano
1 t. basil
3 T. lemon juice
6 T.  olive oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper, if desired

Mix marinade in ziploc gallon plastic bag
Add chicken and massage in to cover all chicken

Let chicken marinade for 1-6 hours (no longer)

Preheat grill to high for 10 minutes
Oil grates

Remove chicken from marinade, keeping as
much marinade on chicken as possible

Grill for a few minutes on each side until done
Do not overcook
