Kale – either loose or bagged
1 c. water
1/2 t. salt
Place water and salt in bottom of pot
Add rack
Arrange kale on top of rack
Set Instant Pot on manual high pressure for 25 minutes
Turn off and let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes
Quick release any remaining pressure and open lid
