My mother makes these delicious lamb burgers on the grill.  They are great on their own, or with a little dill yogurt sauce.

1 lb. ground lamb
1 t. sea salt
1 t. garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 slices bacon, partially cooked in microwave

Mix all ingredients and form into 6 patties
Wrap a half slice of bacon around each patty and secure with toothpick

Grill or saute in saucepan.

Dill yogurt sauce:  1 c. plain yogurt, 1/2 t. dill,  1 t. lemon juice, 1/4 t. garlic powder, pinch salt
