I love this bread.  It is so fluffy soft and flavorful for a white bread.

For a medium loaf:

3 c. bread flour (430 grams)
1  1/2 t. salt
1  1/2 T. dry milk
1  1/2 T. sugar
1  1/2 T. butter, cut up
1  1/4 c. water (277 grams)
1 t. dry yeast

Place yeast in yeast dispenser.
Place rest of ingredients in bread machine in mfgr. recommended order.

Select medium size and medium crust.

When finished baking, remove bread and cool on its side on a rack for an hour before slicing.
