Mom makes the best baby back ribs – crispy on the outside, and moist and tender on the inside.  Falling off the bone goodness!

2-4 racks of baby back ribs

Rub, such as “Season All”
Favorite BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Open pack of ribs and remove the silver skin with a sharp knife.  Remove excess fat.
Rinse ribs with cold water and pat dry.
Rub ribs with Season All non spicy, or your favorite rub.
Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
Increase temperature to 325, and bake for additional 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.

At this point, you can either continue on to grilling, or cover ribs and refrigerate until ready to use.

Generously brush ribs with BBQ sauce and let rest for a few minutes.
Heat the grill to medium.
Wipe grates with oiled paper towel.
Grill ribs until charred and crispy.

Broiler works fine, also, with ribs on middle rack.
Slice racks into 2-rib portions and serve with additional sauce on the side.
